Nature of This Program

By enrolling in this program, you agree and understand that this is not therapeutic treatment.
The Couples Communication Starter is an educational and informational program designed to help individuals and couples enhance communication, connection, and understanding in their personal or family life.

Your results will depend largely on your willingness to engage in this process. While you may experience emotional growth or insight, this is not a substitute for therapy, and no outcomes or behavioral changes are guaranteed.

We promise to support you through videos, written materials, and exercises that promote personal growth and understanding. If, at any point, you wish to begin formal therapy with Sabrina Bowen, you will be asked to sign a separate informed consent for therapeutic services.
